Steak-House Style

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup soy sauce
• 1/2 cup lemon juice
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
• 4 rib-eye steaks

Method

1. Mix all the marinade ingredients together.
2. Pour over the steaks in a zip-top bag and marinate in the fridge before grilling.
