Ingredients

2 cup Low Sodium Soy Sauce
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons minced ginger
1 juice of lime
3-3.5 tablespoons brown sugar
2.5-3 tablespoons ketchup
1+ teaspoon Sriracha more if you want more spice

Method

Marinate the chicken or chicken pieces in about 3/4 of the marinade reserving a quarter for basting.
I cook the chicken at 375° and flip it about every 30 minutes.
