Method

  1. Bring all ingredients to a boil. Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Simmer the jalapenos. Once the liquid is boiling, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. Allow to cool. Remove the saucepan from the heat and set aside to cool.
  4. Store and enjoy. Once cooled, transfer to a lidded glass jar or container. These candied jalapenos can be stored in a sealed glass container in the refrigerator for up to 4 weeks.
