S'mores Pie

It's so easy that you can assemble it while a party's in full swing. A no-bake s'mores pie made with chocolate ice cream, graham cracker crust, and Marshmallow Fluff.
Ingredients
Method
- Assemble the pie: Scoop the chocolate ice cream into the graham cracker crust. Use the back of a spoon to level out the ice cream until even. If the ice cream is melty at this stage, pop the pie into the freezer to firm up for about 30 minutes.
- Use a rubber spatula to add the Marshmallow Fluff to the center of the pie and spread it out to the sides.
- Chill (optional): If time allows, pop the assembled pie into the freezer and chill until firm, at least 2 hours (this will make for cleaner slices).
- Toast: Using a kitchen torch, heat the Marshmallow Fluff until golden and gently blistered. If you don't own a torch, preheat your oven's broiler on high. Place the pie on the top oven rack and broil until the marshmallow topping is golden, about 2 minutes. The pie must be pre-frozen to use the broiler for this step!
- Serve: Sprinkle the pie with the flaky salt, slice, and serve immediately.
