Lobster Bisque Pasta

This seasonal and delicious lobster bisque soup is great as a pasta sauce to make lobster bisque pasta with langostino tails (aka "lil lobsters").

- Thaw the frozen langostino tails by placing them in a colander and run them under cold water for 3-5 min. Then pat them dry and add salt and pepper.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a skillet and add in the 2 garlic cubes and stir to combine. Then add in the langostino tails and cook for 2-3 min in the garlic butter sauce.
- Cook the pasta according to the package directions, then drain.
- Add the lobster bisque to the pasta and stir to combine. Add in the langostino tails to the pasta and remaining garlic butter sauce, and heat through for another minute or two.
- Then serve and top with Parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley (optional) and enjoy!
