How to Make Oven Dried Strawberries

These Oven Dried Strawberries are so easy to make and they're such a delicious and simple snack that my kids and I love and add to trail mixes, yogurt bowls, anything!

Ingredients

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 210 degrees F
  2. Wash strawberries well (this is how I wash mine)
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
  4. Slice strawberries into slices (about 1/8 inch thick) and make sure they are around the same size or they will need different times in oven
  5. Add strawberries to baking sheet and and to oven and cook for about 3-4 hours (flip after 2 hours)
  6. The strawberries should feel a bit dried out and not not wet anymore
