Ingredients

Method

  1. Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry. Season generously with salt and black pepper.
  2. Dredge the wings in flour, shaking off the excess, and set aside.
  3. In a large saucepan or deep fryer, heat the oil to about 375°F. Fry the wings in small batches until golden brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Shake off excess oil and drain on paper towels. Continue until all the wings are cooked.
  4. Serve warm with your favorite sauce.

Link saved — this points at a video or roundup page, not one importable recipe. Open it, find the recipe you meant, and import that URL from the Add page. Substitute recipe: the original link (https://www.foodandwine.com/meat-poultry/chicken/chicken-wings) was a Food & Wine category page listing about 40 wing recipes, so this was filled with Food & Wine's Crispy Chicken Wings, the lead recipe on that page.

Notes

Nothing yet. If you have cooked this — what you changed, what went wrong, what your mother did differently — it is worth more here than anywhere else.
