Ingredients

3 cups diced strawberries about 1 1/2 lbs washed and hulled
1 large jalapeno seeds removed, about 3 tablespoons finely minced
3 green onions very thinly sliced
handful of cilantro leaves only, about 3 tablespoons minced
juice of one lime about 1 tablespoon
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt adjust to taste
1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, adjust to taste

Method

Combine the strawberries, jalapeno, onions, and cilantro in a small bowl. Stir to combine.
Add the lime juice, stir again and serve immediately. Enjoy!
