  1. Toast the pistachios and almonds (or macadamia nuts) in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-4 minutes, remove and let cool slightly. Toast the sesame seeds until golden, about 1-2 minutes
  2. Add the cooled nuts, sesame seeds, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper to a food processor - pulse until the mixture is coarse and crumbly, think chunky breadcrumbs, not sand
Whether you dip pieces of baguette into good olive oil, then into the dukkah...or top grilled fish or veggies with lemony yogurt and scatter this over the top, you'll be a hero. And if you're headed to a party, skip the bottle of wine. Show up with a jar of homemade dukkah instead.
